Write to [email protected]. It reaches the people who write the pages rather than a queue, and replies come from the same address.
What is worth sending
- A correction, especially one with a link to the documentation that contradicts us.
- A disagreement with something labelled as inference, since that is the part most likely to be wrong.
- A question about a mechanism that a page describes badly or skips.
- A note that a platform changed something a page relies on.
- A request that a page be clearer about the limits of what it claims.
What the desk does not do
It does not accept payment for coverage in any form, does not publish submitted or sponsored articles, and does not write about a specific token because somebody asked. Those requests are not negotiated; they are simply outside what this site is.
It also does not offer advice about whether to buy, hold or sell anything, and does not review individual projects privately. Everything the desk has to say about a mechanism is on the relevant page and available to everybody at the same time.
Response time
The desk is small and reads everything, which means replies are not immediate. Corrections are prioritised over other messages because a wrong page in public is more urgent than an unanswered question.
If you sent a correction and the page changed without a reply arriving, the correction was accepted. Where the change alters the meaning of a claim rather than fixing a typo, the page says what changed.
